[BOATERS] Ring in the New Year - Prairie du Sac style!

Hey boaters, come on out and ring in the new year Hoofers style!  Sure, you
could go to the Fog Bowl up to Lake Columbia, but that lake is warm and what
fun is that?  Instead, you could join me in the brisk waters of the
Wisconsin River below the dam in Prairie du Sac.  I guarantee one flip will
clear your head of any beverage you enjoyed the night before (or that
morning!).

Plan is to meet at Park Street Circle on January 1, 2007 @ noon
Paddle, play, hopefully stay relatively warm, and enjoy celebratory meal at
Culver's on way home
Bring $4 for gas and extra for food
Back to Madison by 4:30pm

Think there's a chance the water will be cold?  You're probably right.
Proper warm attire is required.  Drysuits, dry tops with layers and
wetsuits, all the goodies.  If you have the skills, clothing, and desire to
make a difference in this paddling world then join us.
