[BOATERS] short Canoe trip Thursday 10AM

I would like to lead a short canoe trip Thanksgiving Nov 23 mid-day on Wingra Creek in Madison from the Monona outlet to the Wingra dam and back. This in-town trip is the safest place to canoe during the middle of the gun deer hunting season. Meet at Park St Circle at 10AM, and return by 2:30 PM to allow plenty of time for those headed to a holiday supper. I require a lake rating in canoe plus bringing extra warm clothes in a plastic bag. The weather is supposed to be partly sunny with a high in the low fifties (it cools down again come the weekend). Kayakers with a wetsuit are also invited, but the current is slow.
