[BOATERS] Whitewater Video Night #1!

Join us for our first whitewater video night!

WHO: Anyone with even an inkling of interest in whitewater paddling! No
rating required.

WHAT: For our first whitewater night, we will be viewing the first section
of Ken Whiting's 'Liquid Skills' video that will cover basic strokes and
concepts in whitewater paddling (~30-40 minutes) followed by some whitewater
porn (aka whitewater candy for the eyes).

WHEN: Tuesday, October 17th after the meeting

WHERE: In the Hoofer Chartroom

WHY: Tons of reasons! Whether you are new to paddling or have been creekin'
for years, these whitewater video nights are designed to make us think about
our paddling and give suggestions for things to work on during our winter
pool sessions. Not to mention, it gives us a reason to hang out and talk
about the sport we love.

So what do I do now? Mark it down on your calendar and show up! No need to
RSVP. Bringing snacks to share is highly encouraged! (I'm bringing kettle
corn and I think there will be some baked goodness from Rebecca Cramer.)
