[OUTING-ANNOUNCE] XC sking, short trip Wed 7PM

  Meet at Park St Circle at 7PM Wed Dec 12. We will get cross country skis, poles and boots. then drive to the UW Arboretum.
   
  This is a short beginner-friendly trip. The UW Arboretum is close by and has easy trails, I am not a fast skier, and you don't need a trail pass. 
  Wear warm clothes in layers and warm gloves, and bring water. The club has everything else. A wicking base layer will help keep you dry, and so will an outer shell layer which is water resistant or water proof (especially if you are a beginner and going to be falling down). Cotton is not good.
