[OUTING-ANNOUNCE] Canoeing discussion in the forums

Hi all,

For those who dont know me, I am the new Canoe chair. Canoeing is not a
popular activity at these times of the year but we can use this period for
discussing on how to make Canoeing even more enjoyable. For this purpose a
sub-form specific to Canoeing  has been created under  HOC website (Thanks
Mindy for this).
