[OUTING-ANNOUNCE] Exec Board Meeting NEXT Tuesday 6pm

The Hoofer Outing Club's governing board is called the Executive
Board.  Members come from each of the interest groups (Climbing,
Backpacking, XC Skiing, Canoeing, etc) as well as from positions such
as Fundraising Chair, Pool Session Coordinator, etc.

Anyone in the club is welcome to attend our monthly meetings, though
only Exec Board members may vote.

This Tuesday there will be a meeting in the Hoofers Lounge at 6pm (ie.
before our standard Outing Club meeting).

Some of the topics on the agenda include:
1.  Choice of Outing Club Member of January (please e-mail me your
nominations by Monday evening)
2.  Whether the Exec Board should use Robert's Rules Parlimentary Procedures
3.  A system of subcommittees
4.  Election of a fundraising chair
